- RTS (Ready-to-Ship) Items: All RTS items will ship within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
- RTS and Preorder Item Orders: If you purchase RTS items alongside preorder items, the entire order will be held until all preorder items are ready to ship. If you choose to have RTS items shipped separately for an additional shipping cost, we can accommodate that request.
- Shipping Times and Delays: Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partners, 2 C's Embroidery Blanks is no longer responsible for any shipping delays or issues. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and external circumstances.
- Address Errors and Returned Packages: If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is damaged, contains missing items due to damaged packaging, or is lost, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping servicer. 2 C's Embroidery Blanks is not responsible for damages or missing items once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival and contact the carrier directly for any claims.
Return Policy

- All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products and customization, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.
- Preorder Items: Once a preorder closes, all sales are final, and no order cancellations, returns, or changes will be accepted.
- Inspect Before Personalization: Please carefully inspect all items before applying any embroidery or personalization. Once an item has been personalized, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.
- Defective Items: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation and include clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
- Damage During Personalization: If an item becomes damaged during the personalization process, no refund, exchange, or replacement will be offered.

Exchange Policy
At 2 C’s Embroidery Blanks, we want you to love your items. However, we do not accept exchanges as a standard policy.

Preorder Items
- No exchanges will be accepted for preorder-only items when no extra inventory is available.
- Exchanges for preorder items will only be considered for the same item, such as a color or size exchange, and only if additional stock is available.
If an Exchange Is Approved
- You will be responsible for return shipping and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
- No shipping charges will be refunded on the original or replacement order.

Preorder Policy

Preorders With Limited Extra Quantities

- Once the items are received and all preorders are fulfilled, the listing will be updated to “RTS” (Ready to Ship).
Turnaround Times
Preorder turnaround times are estimated based on information provided by our supplier. While we do our best to account for potential delays, some delays are out of our control.
Once preorder items are received, they will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
